Joe Biden and Donald Trump’s debate rematch drew 51.3 million total viewers across all broadcast and cable networks that simulcasted Thursday’s live CNN event, according to Nielsen figures, a 31% drop from the 2020 election cycle debates. 

CNN-specific linear, streaming and digital properties saw 11.4 million people tuned in for the live event, the highest-rated program in network history.

    I don’t understand the headline total of 51 million viewers. I went through the article and counted up the numbers quoted from the various broadcast/streaming outlets and it came to 78.9 million, not 51.
    Can you please correct the headline.
